Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Mind Over Matter Athlete. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days from the day you receive it to receive a refund of any full priced product, minus packaging and shipping. 

To receive a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met :

• All apparel items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

All exchanges and returns are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

Non US orders are not returnable. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Mind Over Matter Athlete will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
